Doesnt sound too shabby, but me thinks something like 25% increased skill activation time would sound more.. 'fatigueish'.

I like the fatigue idea, and combining the name with Azure's description is pretty nice, although I don't think it should be 25%, I think it should be add __time to skill activation, but you'd have to make it ignore spells, because having dazed and fatigued monk on your team would screw you over.

I would say make it more like -10 armor...-5 is a little low, and tbh, I dont know if I would put it on my bar, unless I was doing a weaken armor air spike...which iv never seen :P

Exhaustion and weakness are good enough, I really don't think we need more conditions, hexes are a fine alternative.

What Bahamut said. There are plenty of hexes (a few necro and sin ones immidately come to mind) which does the exact same thing.

How do you relate Fatigue to Armour? Fatigue has a closer relationship with exhaustion and cripple, but you're only physically tired.

Also, as a matter of understanding, fatigue may have something to do with speed or health, also better weakness.
But not armor.
Still, I wonder, what else of crazy ideas can be brought up? The subject alike this one prooves, that You are being bored 24h. More of this kind of players, and soon we'll have new coditions - if didn;t drink alcohol, Your health degenrates...
Sake!

I'm using Cheapskate's Strike on Joe Whammo!
But seriously, do we really need more conditions? I mean, an assassin can already stack on any condition in the game (minus disease) with just a few skills (temple strike+tf+KD+falling spider+blinding powder), imagine if they were given more spiking power with a fatigue inducing strike?
